Arihant Bio Care

Arihant Bio Care is situated at Is- 40 in the K.H.B. Industrial Area of Yellahanka New Town. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. Our building is a basic concrete structure that looks like all the others on this block. We deal with bio products, so we have to be careful about how we store things, but the office itself is quite plain. There are just a few chairs and a table where we keep the logs. It is a lot of physical work most days. We are usually moving containers around or checking labels to make sure everything is in order. The air in Yellahanka can get a bit dusty with all the factories around, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows. We don't have any marketing staff or people in suits walking around. It is just a group of us who know the business well. Sometimes the power goes out in this area and we have to sit and wait for the backup to start. We use that time to sit outside and chat with the guys from the next unit over. We’ve worked here so long that we don't even notice the noise anymore. It is a practical environment where the focus is just on the daily tasks at hand. We don't try to make it seem like more than it really is.
