Arihant Aluminium Corporation is at number 76 on Narasimharaja road. It’s a busy part of the city. We have a lot of aluminum sections and profiles. The shop is always bright because the metal reflects whatever light comes in from the street. We don’t have a fancy setup. It is just racks and racks of aluminum. People come in looking for stuff for their windows or office partitions. We do a lot of cutting. The saw makes a very loud noise that echoes in the shop. We have all grown a bit deaf to it over the years. The traffic on NR Road is constant. It never really stops. We try to load the delivery vans early in the morning before the jams get too bad. Our staff is small but they know the inventory well. We don't use any fancy computer systems to track the metal. We just know where things are. The walls are a bit dusty and the floor has some scratches from the heavy bars. We are not trying to impress anyone with how the shop looks. We just want to make sure we have the right sizes in stock. It is a steady business and we have been here for a good number of years now. We usually close up around seven in the evening and head home to our families. It is a simple life and we are okay with that. Most people find us through word of mouth and that is enough.
