Akash Aluminium Co is over at the New Timberyard Layout, specifically in the 4TH Industrial Towen area. If you look for 41315, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a place filled with workshops and small factories. We deal with aluminium mostly. There are piles of it around the shop sometimes. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is kept. We spend a lot of time cutting and moving things. The noise from the machines is pretty constant throughout the day. I’ve been working here for a long while and you just get used to the sound. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work. Usually, we open early to beat the heat, and stay until the orders are finished for the day. Sometimes the power goes out, which stops everything, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to talk to the other guys on the block. The timberyard area has its own vibe. It's a lot of manual work and getting your hands dirty. We take the orders as they come and try to finish them by the end of the week. Some customers have been coming to us for years. They know we’re just a small shop trying to do things the right way. We don't spend money on fancy signs. The address is what matters most to us and we stay busy with the work.
