You can find Aricent Flextronics Software Systems over at Hno-87 in the Shreenath Industrial Estate on Caves Road. This is in the Girinagar area of Andheri East. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. Our building is pretty standard for the area. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The work we do involves a lot of software systems and technical planning. It is a bit loud outside sometimes because of the other units in the estate, but once you are inside, it is all about the computers and the code. We have a decent number of people working here, but it still feels like a local shop. We don’t really do the whole corporate ladder thing. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. The location on Caves Road is convenient for getting to the highway, although the traffic can be a real headache during peak hours. We’ve had to deal with the usual office problems like leaky pipes or flickering lights, but we just fix them and move on. It is a real place with real people who just want to do a good job. We aren’t looking for awards or anything. We just want to make sure the software systems we build actually work for the people who use them every single day.
