Our spot is at 10/4 Berlie Street Cross in Langford Town, Bangalore. It’s a nice part of town, and the weather here usually makes things a bit easier than the heat in other cities. We’re just a local food place where we spend our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. The address 560025 is where we set up every morning. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s mostly about getting the grill going and making sure we have enough bread and meat for the day. Langford Town has a lot of old trees and a specific kind of quietness, though the street gets busy during lunch hours. We see a lot of the same people every day, folks who work nearby or live in the apartments around Berlie Street. We don't spend money on big ads or polished videos. We just keep the place clean and serve the food. Sometimes we run out of something, and we have to tell people we're sorry, but that’s just life in a small shop. The staff is just a few regular people who know how to get the job done. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a simple, everyday business. There’s always something to clean or a delivery to check on, but we don't mind. We're just here on Berlie Street doing our thing.
