Our office is situated at 28 Bannerghatta Road in the BHCS Layout area. It is a decent spot because we are close to the main road but tucked away enough in the layout to get some work done. Inside the office it is mostly just rows of desks and people staring at computer screens for most of the day. We work on different software projects and it involves a lot of typing and troubleshooting. Bannerghatta Road is always packed with cars and buses so the sound of horns is something we hear in the background quite often. We are not a massive corporation with glass walls and fancy lounges. Our space is pretty simple with just the basic things we need to write code and manage systems. Sometimes we stay late when a project is reaching a deadline and the office stays quiet except for the tapping of keys. We have a small kitchen area where we grab coffee and talk about things that aren't related to work. The layout is a nice enough place to walk around during a break if the weather is okay. We have been here for a bit and the team has stayed pretty much the same. It is a straightforward environment where the goal is just to get the software running correctly. No one wears suits here and we just keep things relaxed while we work.
