We work out of the second floor of a bungalow near the Kokilaben Hospital in Whitefield. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a tech company, being in a house rather than a big glass tower, but it works for us. It feels more like a home than a stiff office environment. Our setup is on the second floor with all our equipment and desks. Whitefield is always changing, with new buildings going up everywhere, but this little corner stays mostly the same. We spend our time on technical projects and specialized material work. It is quiet inside, which is good for the kind of thinking we have to do. We do not have a big sign outside or a fancy reception desk. You just come up the stairs and we are there. Sometimes we walk over to the hospital area to grab some food for lunch. The team is small here, and we all know each other well. We do not bother with corporate jargon or long meetings that lead nowhere. We just focus on the engineering and the data we are handling. It is a practical way to work without all the extra fluff you find in bigger places. We like the quietness of the second floor. It is a decent place to get things done. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is needed.
