You’ll find us on the first floor on CMH Road in Indiranagar. We are right above the Vijaya Bank and quite close to the metro station, which makes it easy for people to reach us even if the traffic is bad. Being on the 1st floor of No. 325 means there’s a bit of a view of the street, which is always moving. We handle a lot of tests and checkups here. The morning starts early for us because that’s when most people come in for their blood work before they eat breakfast. It gets a bit crowded around 8 AM, but then it thins out as the day goes on. The staff is used to the pace, moving from one machine to another and making sure the labels are all correct. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do; it’s just healthcare and diagnostics. The walls are a plain color, and the chairs are the basic kind you find in most waiting rooms. We spend a lot of time on the computer entering data or talking to people about when their results will be ready. It’s a steady kind of work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but the stairs are right there for anyone who can use them. We just keep things moving, making sure the lab is ready and the environment is organized for the next person who comes in from the metro.
