We are over in the 560 017 area of Bangalore, working out of our office here. Rakesh is usually around if you need to talk to someone about a project. We deal with a lot of tech stuff and business systems that companies use to keep things running. It is a lot of sitting in front of monitors and trying to figure out why a piece of software is not doing what it is supposed to. We started this because we knew a bit about how computers and networks work together. It has grown a bit since then, but we still feel like a small outfit. We talk to other businesses about their servers or their data setups. It sounds dry, but it is what we do. The office is pretty basic, just computers and some coffee mugs everywhere. We do not do big presentations; we just show people what needs to be fixed. It gets busy during the middle of the week when everyone’s systems seem to act up at the same time. We try to stay on top of the new stuff coming out, but it moves so fast. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting or setting up new gear for clients who are moving offices or expanding. We just keep plugging away, making sure the screens stay on and the data goes where it needs to. It is honest work in a very technical world.
