We are quite easy to spot if you are looking for the Muneshwara Temple, as we are right near it. The office is a simple place where we keep track of our drivers and take calls from customers. We chose the name because we know people need to get around at odd hours, not just during the day. It’s a lot of work keeping things running 24/7, but we’ve got a good routine down now. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s usually just one or two of us sitting there with a couple of phones and a logbook. We know the Mathikere streets like the back of our hands. Most of the people who use our service are neighbors or folks who visit the temple regularly. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy websites. We just show up when we say we will. The neighborhood is busy, and there’s always someone needing a ride to the airport or the station.
