I am located at 1820 on the 4th Cross in D Block, over in the 2nd Stage of Bangalore. My name is Anushree, and this is where I spend most of my hours. Bangalore has grown so much, but this little pocket in 560010 still feels like a proper neighborhood. There are trees along the road, though the traffic on the main street nearby is always a mess. My space is on the ground floor, so I can see people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school. It is a bright room, which I like, though it gets a bit noisy when the garbage truck comes by in the morning. I do not have a big corporate setup. It is just a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of work that needs doing. I do not believe in making things look more complicated than they are. I just show up, do the tasks for the day, and go home. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which slows things down, but it is nice to have that local feel. The weather here is usually good, so I keep the windows open most of the time. It is just a simple, everyday routine for me. No big mission statements, just a person working out of a room in Bangalore and trying to keep things moving along day after day.
