Anugrah Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Banashankari 1st Stage. Specifically, we’re on Uttan Dongri Road in Anand Nagar 11. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main market area, which we like. We do a lot of import and export work from this office. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls to customs agents and shipping companies. The building is an older one. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep. We’ve been here for several years now. We know the guys at the tea stall around the corner quite well. Most of our work is behind the scenes, so you won't see much if you walk by. Just a door with our name on a small plaque. We deal with a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the files get stacked up on the floor when we run out of shelf space. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone rings the bell, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We’re just a small team trying to get things moved from one place to another without too much trouble. It's practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The overhead light flickers sometimes but we just ignore it for the most part.
