Anu Creations

We are located in the old Philips Compound area of Basavanagudi, at number 120 in the Rhb Colony. It’s a bit of a historic part of town, and you can feel that when you walk around. Our workshop is where we spend most of our time. It’s always full of materials, tools, and different things we are working on at the moment. It’s definitely not a clean or sterile environment. There is sawdust or bits of fabric on the floor pretty much all the time. We do our creations here, starting from just an idea and turning it into something real. It’s a lot of manual work and we often go home with dirty hands. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and big windows that let in some light, though we still need a lot of lamps to see what we are doing. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve known each other for years. We don’t have a fancy showroom for people to browse. Usually, if someone wants to see what we are doing, they just walk right into the middle of the mess. We like it that way. It’s honest and it shows exactly how we spend our hours. The neighborhood is great, with plenty of small shops and trees lining the streets. It’s a good place to be creative without any of the corporate pressure or noise from the bigger cities.
