People often ask what we do here at Antenna Software Ltd in Koramangala 35/32. To be honest, most of the day is just us sitting at our desks with coffee. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn’t doing what it’s supposed to. The office is right in the middle of everything, so the traffic outside is always loud. Sometimes you can hear the bikes revving while you're trying to concentrate. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy place with bean bags or anything like that, just regular desks and chairs that get the job done. Lunch is usually whatever we can find nearby or someone brings from home. We talk about projects, but also about the rain or how hard it is to park around here. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s habits. If the internet goes down, everything stops and we just end up chatting for a bit. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just write software and fix bugs when they pop up. It gets busy, and sometimes the deadlines make things a bit tense, but that's just how it is working in tech. We like the neighborhood, even if it’s crowded. It feels like we are part of the daily life of this part of Bangalore.
