Our place is located at House No G2, 15/3, in Prakash Nilaya. It is tucked away in the D-Challi area, just off the busy Bannerughatta Road here in Bangalore. Being in a residential building like this makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big industrial park. We have been operating out of this ground floor spot for a while. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of engineering drawings scattered around. We spend our days looking at technical specs and making sure everything is lined up right. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because the traffic on Bannerughatta Road never really stops. Inside, we are usually just focused on the projects we have going. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We're a smaller group of engineers who just like to solve problems and get the drawings out on time. The space is a bit tight, but it works for us. We have got a small kitchen area where we drink way too much coffee. Most of the people we work with have been with us for years. We don't do a lot of talking about ourselves; we just let the work speak for itself. It is a practical environment. No one wears a suit here unless they really have to. We just show up in our regular clothes and get to work on whatever the client needs. It is how we have always done things.
