Anlage Hro Services

Our office is at number 49 in New Tippasandra here in Bangalore. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a lively place with a lot of small shops and people moving around all day. Anlage Hro Services is based here and we focus on human resources and helping companies find the right people for their teams. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking through resumes to see who might be a good fit for a particular job. The office is a modest space where we keep all our files organized and ready. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just handle the hiring and the payroll stuff that keeps businesses running smoothly. It can be a bit repetitive sometimes, but we find it interesting to see the different types of people who are looking for work in the city. The team here is small and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the front door or sorting out a complicated tax issue for a client. We like being in Tippasandra because it feels like a real community rather than just an industrial park. There’s always somewhere nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea when we need a break from the computer screens. It’s just a normal, hardworking office where we try to be as helpful as possible for the folks we work with.
