Anil Dube Architects

Our office is situated at 29/1 Kengalhanumanthaiah Road, right in the Sayaji Ganj area. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something to look at out the window when we need a break from the computer screen. Anil Dube Architects has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is an older one, which we actually like because it has a bit of character. Inside, we’ve got our drafting tables and a few chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We don’t really spend money on fancy furniture or decor. We’d rather spend our time figuring out how to make a client’s idea work on paper. Sayaji Ganj is a good place to be because everything is close by. We often walk down the road to check on things or grab a quick bite to eat. Our way of working is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or use a lot of corporate talk. We just talk like regular people about how a wall should go or where a window would look best. It’s a small, local operation, and we like it that way. We’ve got plenty of pens, a lot of patience, and a genuine interest in building things. If you’re ever walking down Kengalhanumanthaiah Road, you’ll likely see us hunched over our desks working on the next set of plans. We keep our doors open to anyone who needs some advice.
