Anand Vihari Package Tours

Our place is on Magadi Road, at the address 15/2/1. It’s an old building and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. Anand Vihari Package Tours is basically just a few of us working together to sort out trips for families and groups. We have a lot of maps spread out over the tables and notebooks full of scribbled dates and prices. Magadi Road is always full of energy, with the trucks and the shops all around. We usually start the day with a clean desk, but by noon it’s covered in papers and tea cups. There’s a specific way the sun comes through the front door in the afternoon that makes it hard to see the computer screen, so we have to pull a curtain. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We talk to the customers about the best routes and what the weather might be like where they are going. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of writing things down in the big book. We have an old fan that wobbles a bit when it’s on high speed. It’s just a plain office on a busy road where we try to keep things moving along for everyone. We keep a small radio in the corner that plays local news in the background while we work on the paperwork.
