You can find our lab at 592/6/1 on 10th Cross in Jaya Nagar. We are tucked into the 7th Block area. It’s a bit of a specific address, but once you find the cross street, we are right there. This is where we handle all the testing and blood work. It’s a very practical space. We have benches lined with equipment and a small area at the front for taking samples. It’s not a place for lounging around; people come in, get their tests done, and head back to their lives. The air inside smells a bit like cleaning fluid most of the time because we have to keep everything very tidy. We have a small team here. One person usually handles the paperwork while the others are busy with the samples. We still use a lot of paper logs because computers can be a headache when they crash. Sometimes there is a wait if a lot of people show up at the same time in the morning. We just tell them to have a seat and we get to them as fast as we can. Jaya Nagar is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to other parts of the city. We’ve been at this 10th Cross location for a good while. It’s a steady job, and we know the importance of getting the details right for every sample we take. We don't have fancy leather sofas or coffee machines, just what we need.
