Amshu Developers

Our office at Amshu Developers is located over at 10 Kumara Park West, right by Survey No 228. We are tucked away behind the BDA office and near the PMT Depot. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from around here, but it’s a good place for us. Since we are so close to the BDA office, there’s always a lot of movement and people coming and going from official business. The office itself is filled with rolls of plans, site photos, and plenty of dusty folders. We aren't the type of developers with a glass skyscraper; we just have a practical workspace where we can sit down and look at maps. Most days involve a lot of site visits and meetings that run longer than they should. I spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking over the latest updates on our projects. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is a nice break from the construction sites we spend our days at. We’ve been working from this Survey No 228 location for a while now. It’s not about being the biggest company, it’s just about getting the houses or buildings finished and making sure the foundations are right. We deal with the usual headaches of permits and materials, but that’s just the nature of the work. Sometimes the ink on the maps is still wet when we're heading out. It is just the daily grind here at Kumara Park West.
