Amrutha Travels

We have been running Amrutha Travels for some time now from our spot at 169/23 Devanachikkanhalli. It's just a small office where we handle the bookings and talk to people who need to go somewhere. Most of the day is spent checking the vehicles and making sure drivers are ready. Devanachikkanhalli is a busy area, so there is always someone dropping by. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a few chairs and a desk where we keep the logs. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to drink a tea in peace. We know the roads around here pretty well. It started out with just one car and slowly we added a couple more because people kept asking. The traffic in the city is getting worse every year, but we manage to get through it. Our drivers live nearby mostly. We keep things simple. If someone needs a ride for a wedding or just to the station, they come find us. It isn't a big corporate operation, just us working every day. We write down the names in a big ledger. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign off at night. That's just how it goes here. We've been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a bit dusty on the main road but we like it here. It’s a job that keeps us on our toes and we don't mind the long hours much.
