We’re located in Bangalore, specifically at number 5 on 8th Main, 1st Cross in Brindhavan Nagar. This part of Mathekera is always bustling with people. We deal with technology here, mostly hardware and software fixes. It’s a small shop floor really. We have parts scattered around and a few workbenches where we take things apart. Bangalore is known for tech, but we aren't one of those massive companies with a huge campus. We’re just a local spot where people bring their gadgets or come for tech help when they are stuck. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because of all the equipment and tools, but we manage. There’s usually some music playing in the background while we work on a laptop or a phone. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just explain what’s broken and how we can fix it. It’s honest work. Sometimes we get a tough problem that takes all day to figure out, and those are the best days because we learn something new. We’ve been at this 8th Main location for a good while. The neighbors know us as the tech guys who can fix almost anything. We don't have a big marketing budget. People just find us by word of mouth or by walking past the shop. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and for the people who need our help.
