You will find us at 51/4 on D V G Road in Basavanagudi. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy this street can get, especially in the evenings and on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We have a small shop here where we handle tours and travels for people in the neighborhood. It is mostly about booking bus tickets, organizing taxis, or helping someone figure out a train route for their holiday. We have been in Basavanagudi for a long time. The office is small, just enough for a couple of counters and some chairs for customers to sit while they wait for their tickets to be printed. We don't have a massive staff or a call center. It’s just us answering the phone and talking to people who walk in from the street. D V G Road is a great place to be because there is always something happening outside our window. We see all kinds of people every day. Some are planning a big trip to a temple, while others just need a ride to the railway station. We keep a stack of brochures on the desk, but most people just ask us for advice directly. The office has an old feel to it, which fits the Basavanagudi area perfectly. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the basics to get the job done. It is a very local business and we like it that way. We just keep things moving for our regular customers and neighbors.
