We are located in J P Nagar, on the Sarakki Main Road, right in the first phase. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially in the mornings and evenings when everyone is trying to get to work or back home. Our shop is a straightforward place. We deal with all the usual watch problems like broken glass, dead batteries, or straps that have seen better days. The traffic noise outside is constant, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of me working on the bench. I have a lot of tiny drawers for all the different parts. It’s hard to keep track of everything sometimes, but I manage to find what I need. J P Nagar has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We don’t have a big staff, so if you come in, you’re usually talking directly to me. I don’t like overcomplicating things. If a watch can be fixed, I’ll tell you. If it’s not worth the money, I’ll tell you that too. People seem to appreciate the honesty. The shop isn't very large, and the display cases are a bit older, but they do the job. We keep the lights bright so I can see what I’m doing with the small gears and springs. It’s a decent spot for a watch shop, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood here on the main road. We keep the door open for anyone who needs us.
