American Express

We are located at 194, Officers Campus Extn, right on Sirsi Road in Jaipur. It’s a nice enough part of town. Even though the name American Express is big, this is just our local office here. We handle a lot of the back-end work and customer queries for the area. The office isn't some giant skyscraper. It’s a practical building that fits into the neighborhood. We spend our days at our computers and on the phones. Jaipur gets really hot in the summer, so we’re thankful for the fans and AC. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff in how we talk. We’re just folks from Jaipur working here. We deal with cards and accounts and people’s questions. Sometimes we have a lot of work to catch up on, so we stay a bit later. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people who live around Sirsi Road know where the Officers Campus is. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. We just provide the support that’s needed. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch together. It’s a pretty standard workplace. We try to be helpful when people call, without using all those scripts you hear elsewhere. It’s just how we operate. We are just part of the local landscape here in Jaipur.
