American Express

We are over on G Street in Ulsoor, specifically at number 17/2 in the Nandavanam area. It’s a bit of an older part of Bangalore, which we like. The office here is for American Express. It’s not one of those giant glass towers. It’s more of a regular building on a regular street. We handle a lot of the accounts and customer service bits from here. Ulsoor is a great place to be, even if the streets are narrow and parking is a nightmare. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us at our computers. We spend our time checking transactions and talking to people about their cards. It’s a lot of repetitive work, to be honest. But it’s what keeps things running. We have our routines, our tea breaks, and our usual morning chats. The 560008 area has its own vibe, and we feel like part of it now. We aren't doing anything flashy. It’s just honest desk work. We’ve been at this address for years. Sometimes people struggle to find G Street, but once they do, we’re right there. It’s a busy office, but we try to keep it friendly. Just a group of people in Karnataka doing their jobs every day without too much fuss. There is usually someone here answering the phone or filing some paperwork. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing what needs to be done for the day.
