We are situated at 24 Villenessari House, right opposite the Ganesh Gas Godown on Nagondanahalli Main Road. That’s in the Whitefield Post area of Bangalore. Being near the gas godown makes us very easy to find if you’re coming down the main road. America Online is a name many people recognize, but here at this location, we are just a group of folks working on internet stuff and customer support. It’s a lot of sitting at desks with headsets on or typing away at keyboards. The building itself is pretty plain, but it does the job. Whitefield has changed so much lately with all the new buildings, but our little stretch of Nagondanahalli Main Road still feels a bit more old-school. We get our fair share of dust from the road, but we try to keep the inside tidy. There’s always someone in the break room making tea or looking for a snack. The work can be repetitive, but the people here make it better. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just try to help people with their connections and solve whatever tech glitches pop up. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Bangalore. We just take it as it comes and keep working. It’s a regular office with regular people.
