We are over at 13, 2nd Main, 4th Cross in V R Puram, Palace Guttahalli. It’s an older part of Bangalore, 560003, and the building has been here for a long time. It’s not like the new offices in Whitefield. We’re tucked away in a street that gets pretty crowded with scooters and delivery vans. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and a lot of cables. We do a lot of the technical stuff that keeps things running online. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, with wooden desks and windows that actually open. We hear the temple bells and the street noise all day long. Most of the people working here have been around for years. We aren't really into big presentations or marketing talk. We just focus on the code and the servers. Lunch usually means going out to one of the small darshinis nearby for some dosa. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in, but we get along well enough. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a door and some stairs. It’s a plain, hardworking place where we deal with internet issues and support tasks day in and day out.
