Amar Comforts Hotel

If you find yourself on Kumara Kripa Road in Bangalore, you will see Amar Comforts Hotel at 19/2. It’s an older building, nothing too flashy, but we’ve been here at this 560001 address for quite some time. I work here along with a small crew of people who handle the rooms and the front desk. Bangalore is always growing, and there is always something new being built, but we just stay consistent with what we offer. We have rooms for people who are in town for a night or two. Maybe they have a meeting nearby or are just visiting family. It’s a central spot, which makes it handy for getting around. We don't have a big fancy restaurant inside or a giant lounge. It’s mostly just the rooms and a quiet place to sit for a minute. We spend our mornings making sure the linens are fresh and the floors are scrubbed. The traffic on Kumara Kripa Road can get pretty loud during rush hour, but inside it stays mostly calm. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just take bookings and try to make sure guests have what they need, like a towel or some water. It’s a simple way to earn a living. We’ve seen a lot of different people pass through these doors over the years, and it is nice to see the regulars return when they are in the city.
