We’re based at No. 9, right on the corner of 10th Main and 11th Cross in Maruthi Nagar. This part of HBR Layout is pretty easy to find once you get off the main road. The Amadeus India office here is tucked away in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than a business park. We’ve got the usual office setup—rows of desks, computers that sometimes take too long to start, and a small area for tea. It’s a 560 043 zip code area, which is a bit out from the city center, but we like it that way because it’s a little less hectic. The 11th Cross road can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it's mostly fine. We spend our hours here handling travel-related data and making sure the systems are doing what they should. It’s not very glamorous, but it’s steady work. Most of us live nearby or commute from other parts of North Bangalore. There’s a small park not too far away where some of the staff go for a walk during lunch. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a cafeteria. Usually, we just order something in or bring tiffin boxes from home. It’s just a group of people working together in a plain building, trying to get through the daily pile of work and go home to our families.
