We are set up in Flat No 008 over at E Homes. It’s in Kaikondrahalli, right off the Sarjapur Main Road here in Bangalore. Living and working in this part of the city means we deal with a lot of traffic, but it is a good spot to be in. The apartment complex is fairly easy to find once you get off the main road. We use one of the ground floor units for our operations. It’s convenient because we don’t have to wait for the lift all the time. Being in a residential area keeps things a bit more relaxed than being in a big glass office building downtown. We have our computers set up and a small table for tea breaks. We just try to stay focused on the tech side of things and handle the service requests as they come in. It is mostly quiet inside the flat, which helps when we need to concentrate on the screens. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for E Homes, but we usually just guide them in. It is not a corporate setup with a receptionist or anything. It is just us in the back rooms making sure everything runs like it should. We like the local vibe here. It feels more like home than a real office sometimes, which suits us.
