Alpine Housing Development Corporation Limited

We’re located on the ground floor, G.F. 5, at Alpine Annex on Langford Road. It’s a central spot in Bangalore, 560027. We’ve been running Alpine Housing Development from this location for quite some time. Langford Road is always busy, but our little corner in the Annex is where we get the real work done. We handle housing projects and development stuff. It’s mostly us sitting around a table looking at blueprints or talking to people about their new homes. We don’t have a fancy lobby with a fountain. It’s just a basic office where we work. We’ve seen Bangalore change so much from this window. We started out as a small team and we’ve pretty much stayed that way. It’s easier to keep track of things when you aren't too big. We don’t really use big words or corporate talk. We just say things as they are. If a project is delayed, we tell people. If something’s going well, we’re happy about it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know the Langford Road area like the back of our hands. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and ask us questions. We’re just a bunch of people trying to build decent places for others to live in. It’s not always easy, but we’re still here, doing our thing every day. We just keep going like this.
