If you head over toward Medavakkam in Chennai and look for the Lions Club, you’ll find us nearby at No 15 Dawood Nagar. Arun Kumar and Manivannan have been running things here for a good while. The shop is full of computers, tangled cables, and the smell of electronics that have been running too long. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Chennai’s humidity isn't great for machines, so we’re always cleaning off dust and trying to keep things cool. We get a lot of people dropping off their laptops or asking about parts. We aren't some sleek showroom with everything on display. It’s more of a workshop where real work gets done. Sometimes we’re here late into the evening trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't behaving. We talk to the customers like they’re our neighbors because, most of the time, they are. Dawood Nagar is a decent place to be based, and being near the Lions Club makes it easy to give people directions over the phone. We don't put on any acts or use corporate jargon. We just look at the screens, poke around the hardware, and see what can be fixed. It’s honest work that keeps our hands busy and the bills paid. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow a lot since we first started out here, but we still just do our thing one machine at a time.
