We are tucked away in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The address is 495, 3rd Cross, 7th Main. It's the H.A.L 2nd Stage area. Blr-38 is the code. It’s a nice part of town, very green compared to others. We handle stuff for Alitalia here. It’s mostly back-office things, tickets, and customer queries. The office is on the third cross. It’s a regular building, nothing too tall. We see people coming in to fix their travel plans. Indiranagar has changed a lot, it’s become very busy now. We remember when it was quieter. Our office has been here through those changes. We have desks and maps on the walls. It’s a small team of us. We talk about flights to Europe all day but we are right here in Bangalore. Sometimes we order lunch from the places on 100 Feet Road. The work is steady. We don't have big flashy signs. You have to look for number 495. We deal with the usual airline problems. Lost bags, cancelled flights, that sort of thing. It’s a lot of talking and typing. We just try to get the job done so people can get where they are going. It’s a decent place to work. We like the neighborhood. It feels like a real community here even with all the new shops. We just keep going with the flow of the city.
