Alif Architects

Alif Architects is over in the New Timberyard Layout. We are in the Parth Empire building, number 88. It’s an area with a lot of construction-related businesses, so it fits what we do. The building itself is okay, nothing too modern. We have our office on one of the floors. It’s a space with some desks and a lot of printed maps. We work on various building designs. Being in Parth Empire 88 means we are close to where people buy materials. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the trucks around the timberyard. We don't have a fancy lobby or coffee machine. We just make our own tea and get to it. Some days are slow, others we have too much to do. We talk to contractors and owners. It’s mostly about making sure the measurements are right. We’ve got a few cabinets full of old drawings. The layout of our office is simple. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to handle the projects. We've been here for some time now. People know us as the architects in the timberyard area. It’s a practical location for us. We just keep our heads down and do the drawings. We often walk over to the supply shops when we need to check on something specific for a client.
