Even though our name says Bangalore, we are actually based in Kerala. You can find us at the house of Deepak T Malloor Variath in Thrikkanapuram. This is in the Malappuram district. It is a very local setup, run right out of a family home. We handle travel and tours for people in the area and beyond. Thrikkanapuram is a small place, and working from here is quite different from being in a big city office. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy storefront. It is just a few of us working on computers and talking to people on the phone. We spend our days helping folks figure out their travel plans and getting their tickets sorted. The atmosphere is very informal. Often, people from the village will just walk up to the house if they have a question about a trip. We don’t have any marketing slogans or big promises. We just try to get the bookings done correctly. The Malappuram district is beautiful and being able to work from a home like this is something we really appreciate. We don't have a strict corporate culture here. If the weather is nice, we might take a longer break or finish up a bit early. It is a very personal business, and we know most of our customers by name. We have been here in Thrikkanapuram for a long time and we plan to stay right here for the foreseeable future.
