Algotel Solutions Private Limited

We run Algotel Solutions from C-403 in the Mantri Classic Apartments. It’s located on 1st Main and 8th Cross in the ST Bed Layout of Koramangala. Living and working in Koramangala is quite an experience because it’s always so busy and full of energy. Our office is basically an apartment, which makes the whole work environment feel very different from a standard office building. We don't have a big lobby or a nameplate on a glass door. It’s just a home that we have turned into a workspace. This setup allows us to stay relaxed while we work on various tech solutions. We aren't a huge team, so we don't need a massive floor space. We have our setups in the living area and the rooms, and it works out just fine for us. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment lying around, but we manage. We aren't big on corporate rules or wearing ties. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. We spend our days coding and talking through problems. Being in an apartment complex means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, but it also gives us a sense of community. We like the fact that we aren't stuck in some sterile office park. It feels more real this way, and we can just focus on the actual work we need to finish. It is a good way to live.
