Alfacom

Alfacom is situated at number 75 on Dinnur Main Road in RT Nagar, right near the police station. Having the police station so close makes it very easy to tell people where we are. We have been at this spot for a long time. Our business deals with various types of communication equipment. The shop itself is quite modest. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with boxes, cables, and different gadgets. It’s not a polished retail store; it’s more of a functional space where we handle sales and repairs. There is usually some equipment being tested on the main table, so things can look a bit messy. Dinnur Main Road is always full of traffic, so you can hear the bikes and buses going past all day long. We have a small team here, and we mostly just talk to customers who are looking for specific gear or need help setting something up. We don't go in for big words or try to sell things people don't need. We just see what the customer needs and try to find the right item for them. Most of our visitors are people from around RT Nagar who know us by now. Sometimes we have to spend a long time troubleshooting a piece of equipment, but that’s just part of the work. It is a very regular, daily grind for us. We keep our own hours and just focus on keeping the shop running steadily.
