You can find us on the ground floor of Fairlands Plaza. We are located at 9th A Cross in Eijipura, which is right by the Vivek Nagar Post in Bangalore. It is a busy part of town and there is always a lot of noise from the street. Our office is not very big, just a simple space where we handle the business for Alex Hotels and Resorts. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a water cooler that makes a loud bubbling sound every now and then. It is not a luxury resort itself, just the place where the planning happens. We spend most of our hours checking on bookings and talking to the managers at the different properties we run. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe bursting or a guest being unhappy, and we have to sort it out from here. It can get a bit hectic, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants a room at the same time. We do not have a big staff, just a handful of us sitting here in Eijipura. The office has a few posters of nice beaches on the walls to remind us of what we are working on. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the bills get paid on time. It is a regular office job with plenty of emails and phone calls every single day.
