Our base is in Jeddah, and if you ever need to send us anything official, it goes to PO Box 22860. We’re mostly known for the food we serve. It’s a very busy environment. We don't spend much time sitting around writing long stories about ourselves. Usually, we’re in the kitchen or making sure the supplies arrived on time from the local markets. The heat in Jeddah is no joke, so we’re always working around that. It involves a lot of manual labor, cleaning up, and getting things ready for the customers who come in. We’ve been around for a long time, so it’s just a daily routine for us now. We have people from all over the world working here together. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or expensive furniture. It’s more about the smell of chicken and the sound of people talking and laughing. We don't really have a philosophy or anything like that. We just make sure the food is ready and the place is open for business. We deal with the mail and the bills through our PO box. The city of Jeddah is always moving fast, and we’re just a small part of it. Some of us have been here for decades, watching the city change while we keep doing the same thing. It’s just how we make a living. It’s honest work.
