You can find Al Fouzan Computers at the Padarayanapura Chunawala Industrial Estate, specifically at Marol Midc 47. This isn't the kind of place you’d find in a fancy shopping district. It’s right in the middle of the industrial estate, so there’s always a lot of activity around us. We deal with computers, but more on the industrial and business side of things. Our space is filled with racks of hardware and boxes of cables. It’s a bit cluttered, I’ll admit, but we have a system for where everything goes. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting issues for other businesses nearby. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes we’re scratching our heads over a problem for hours. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People find us because they need something fixed or they need a specific part for their office setup. We’ve got a couple of old desks where we do our testing. The lighting isn't great, but it’s enough for what we do. We try to be helpful when people call with questions. Most of us here have been working with electronics for years, so we’ve seen a lot of things come and go. It’s a steady job in a busy area. We just open up, do the work that’s waiting for us, and try to keep everything running for our clients. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business.
