We are located over at H304 Sreenilaya on 7A Cross Road. It is in the L.B. Shastry Nagar area of Bangalore, right near the HAL post office. This isn't one of those big glass buildings you see in the tech parks further out. It is more of a local office where we handle travel arrangements. Mostly we spend the day looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out how to get people from one place to another. People call us up when they need to get a visa sorted or when they are planning a trip back home for the holidays. It gets really busy during the summer months and around the end of the year. Our desks are usually covered in printouts and handwritten notes. The traffic on the way to HAL can be pretty bad in the mornings, so we appreciate it when people just call us instead of trying to drive here. We have been doing this for a long time now. It is not just about selling tickets; it is about making sure the dates align and the paperwork is actually correct. We have a small team working here. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to the airlines if there is a delay or a cancellation. It is a lot of sitting in front of screens. Bangalore has changed a lot around us, but we are still here in the same spot. We just focus on the travel details.
