We’re located on the third floor of the Swiss Complex, right near the entrance. The address is 33 Race Course Road, which is a pretty well-known spot. At Ajit Coatings, we deal with all sorts of industrial paints and surface stuff. The office is usually smelling a bit like paper and old coffee, and we have samples of different coatings sitting on the shelves. It’s not a big showroom, just a place where we take orders and talk to clients about what kind of finish they need. The elevator in this building is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. We’ve got some big windows that look out towards the road, which is nice when it’s raining. It’s a pretty basic setup with some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't try to impress anyone with the decor; we just focus on the technical details of the coatings. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s dead silent. We’ve been in this complex for a good while and it works for us. It’s easy for people to find since it’s near the main entrance. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind of the paint business. Usually, there’s a pile of color swatches on the main table that we’re sorting through, and the air from the fan just moves the dust around, but we get the job done regardless of the small office quirks.
