Ajaya Kumar Maharana

I’m Ajaya Kumar Maharana. I’m currently set up at 4/1 Bheemaiya Layout in K.R. Puram, Bangalore. It’s over by K.C. Pradhan's place, which is a good landmark for the locals. Bangalore is a big, fast city, but K.R. Puram has its own vibe that I enjoy. I’ve been working from here for a while now. I don’t have a huge team of experts or a glass office building. It’s just me and a small space where I can focus on my tasks. I like to keep things very basic. When I’m working, I don’t want to be distracted by corporate rules or complicated systems. I just do the job as it comes. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes things take a bit longer, but that’s just how it is here and you get used to it. I try to be as helpful as I can to anyone who reaches out to me. I didn’t go to some big business school to learn how to talk to people. I just talk like I’m talking to a neighbor or a friend. Most of my day is spent at the desk or handling small things that pop up unexpectedly. It’s not very exciting to hear about, I suppose, but it’s my daily life and I’m okay with that. I’ve been in this layout for a bit and people know me around here. I think it’s important to be a part of the local scene. No tricks to get attention, just me staying at my address and working.
