Aitken Spence Hotel Management (South India) Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 129 on the ground floor of the Silver Lake Terrace Apartment. We are at 167 Richmond Road in Bangalore 560025. This isn’t a hotel itself, but rather where we handle the management side of things for our various spots. It’s a bit of a different vibe being in an apartment building rather than a big glass office tower. Richmond Road is always busy with traffic and people heading to work, but once you step into Silver Lake Terrace, it gets a little quieter. We spend our days here at our desks, dealing with paperwork, phone calls, and all the behind-the-scenes stuff that goes into running things. It isn't very glamorous work, but it has to be done. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain; it’s just a ground-floor office where we get our tasks finished. The team here is small, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while. Sometimes the Bangalore weather is nice and we leave the windows open, but mostly we are just focused on the computer screens and the files on our desks. We aren't into using big corporate buzzwords to explain our day. We just come in, do the management work that’s required for South India, and head home when the day is over. It’s a practical space for a practical job on a very well-known road. The traffic on Richmond Road is always a topic of conversation around here.
