Aitec-Global is based out of MRR Square, specifically at 314, 3Rd Floor, Mrr Square, Chikka Bommasandra Cross, . Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the busy crossroad below. It is a decent spot for a business like ours. We have a few rooms where we set up our computers and gear. It's not the most modern office you'll ever see, but it works for the kind of technical work we handle. We are a small team, and most of us have been together for a few years now. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. No team-building retreats or fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work, and maybe complain about the stairs or the elevator when it’s slow. Chikka Bommasandra is a growing area, so there is always something new being built nearby. It keeps us feeling like we are in the middle of things. Most of our clients find us through word of mouth or because they are in the same building. We try to keep things simple and direct. If someone has a problem, we look at it and try to fix it. That is pretty much how we operate every day. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life here at MRR Square. We don't need much more than our workspace and a few good people to keep the wheels turning. It is a plain way to work but it’s ours. We just keep at it and see how the day goes.
