Airtel operates here through Sebani Enterprises in Jayanagar. Specifically, we are at 1152, on 26A Main in the 9th Block. Jayanagar is one of those parts of Bangalore that still feels like a neighborhood, even with all the new shops popping up lately. Our office is busy. People are always walking in with problems with their phones or wanting to get a new connection. It can get a bit chaotic when the queue gets long and everyone is in a hurry. We try our best to get through the requests quickly. The space is filled with pamphlets and boxes of SIM cards. We have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s a local service point. We talk to people from all walks of life every day. Some people are frustrated about their bills, others are just happy to get their internet working again. We listen, we type things into the computer, and we try to sort it out. The 9th Block is a great place to be because there are so many food stalls around for lunch. We usually take turns going out so the desk is never empty. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here. We don't have a grand vision, just the goal of finishing the day with fewer complaints than we started with. The shop floor is always a bit messy with paperwork, but we know where everything is.
