Airtel Connect

Our place is located at 67 New Market Road. We are right opposite the Charminar Mosque in the Shivajinagar area of Bangalore. It’s a very lively part of the city with a lot of noise, smells from the market, and people around all the time. We run the Airtel Connect operations from this particular building. It’s an old-school neighborhood, so the building fits right in with its surroundings. We don't have those sleek glass walls or modern elevators you might expect from a tech company. Instead, it’s a simple office where we deal with customers and handle the daily paperwork that keeps things moving. The view out the window is always interesting with the market life going on right below us. It can get pretty crowded on the street, especially during prayer times or on the busy market days when everyone is out shopping. We’ve gotten used to the fast pace and the noise of Shivajinagar over the years. Our office isn't very large, so we have to stay organized to keep things from getting messy. We don't use any fancy management systems; we just talk to each other and get the tasks done. It’s a very practical way of working. People stop by often with their questions, and we do what we can to help them out right there. It’s a busy, honest kind of life here on New Market Road. We just keep doing what we do every day without any big announcements or polish.
