Airtel Broadband & Telemedia Services

We are based out of Ramaya Garden in Bangalore. Specifically, it is number six, which is where Mrs. Shiney Biju stays as well. It is a quiet enough street in M.V Nagar, though Ramurthy Nagar itself has become quite busy and crowded lately. We spend most of our time here coordinating broadband and telemedia stuff for the neighborhood. It is not like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. Our office is more of a home-style setup, which actually makes it easier to just focus on the work without all the corporate noise and distractions. Usually, there is a tea break around four, and we just sit near the window and watch the neighbors go by. We handle a lot of the local service requests for Airtel from this desk. It gets a bit crowded when the technicians come in to drop off their gear or pick up new routers, but we make it work somehow. The garden outside is nice, though none of us really have time to do any gardening ourselves. Most people in the area know the house, so it is easy for folks to find us if they need to drop off a document or ask a question. Bangalore weather can be unpredictable, so we are always checking the cables after a big rain. It is a simple life here, just making sure the internet stays on for everyone around us.
