Airsonic Travels Pvt Ltd is based out of Banaswadi. If you know Bangalore, you know Banaswadi has its own pace. It’s not like the city center. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. The office isn't huge, but it fits us just fine. We have desks covered in old calendars and notebooks where we scribble down flight times and dates. Most of what we do is just sorting out travel plans for people who call in or stop by. The phone rings a lot. Sometimes it’s someone looking for a cheap fare to Mumbai or a family going on vacation. We don't use fancy software, just the usual booking systems and a lot of patience. Banaswadi gets quite congested in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the worst of the traffic hits. There's a small bakery nearby where we get tea in the afternoons. It’s a simple life. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure tickets get issued correctly and names are spelled right on the boarding passes. Mistakes can happen, but we fix them as they come. We've got 560043 as our pin code and we've been here long enough that the local postman knows us by name. That’s really all there is to it. No big mystery or anything, just us at the desks booking flights and answering phones.
